ROLE OVERVIEW
The Marketing Manager will own the end‑to‑end marketing function, shaping Limmi's brand, driving demand, and building lasting relationships with prospects, partners, and the broader diaspora community. This senior‑level role requires a data‑driven, analytical mindset combined with the ability to design and maintain processes, dashboards, and reporting frameworks across branding, social media, digital advertising, website stewardship, email marketing and partnership development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Strategy & Development: Ensure consistent brand application across all touchpoints (website, social, PR, collateral), that resonate with diaspora audiences across Europe and beyond.
Social Media Leadership: Design a comprehensive social‑media strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, emerging platforms) and set KPI targets (engagement, follower growth, referral traffic) and report progress to leadership.
Digital Marketing & Paid Media: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic). Manage budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and ROAS analysis. Leverage retargeting, look‑alike audiences, and funnels specific creatives to drive qualified leads. Work with digital ad agency to maximize ROI.
Website Management: Own the Limmi website experience (SEO, conversion optimization). Coordinate with developers/designers to implement new pages, landing pages, and A/B tests. Monitor site health, performance metrics, and search rankings, act on insights. Set up GA4 and heatmap integrations and produce weekly CRO reports.
Email & Marketing Automation: Build end‑to‑end email programs (welcome series, nurture flows, newsletters, promotional sequences). Segment audiences, personalize content, and conduct A/B testing to improve open‑ and click‑through rates. Integrate email data with CRM (HubSpot) for holistic lead scoring and sales handoff.
Strategic Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with cultural organizations, genealogy platforms, travel agencies, and legal firms. Co‑create joint marketing initiatives (co‑branded content, referral programs, event sponsorships). Track partnership contribution to pipeline via attribution modeling.
Educational Webinar & Event Production: Conceptualize, promote, and host webinars that educate prospects on citizenship pathways, legal considerations, and success stories. Coordinate speakers, develop slide decks, manage registrations, and analyze post‑event metrics.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization: Implement a unified measurement framework (CRM dashboards). Track KPIs across channels, produce monthly performance reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership, sales, and customer‑success teams to align messaging and drive revenue. Standardize SOPs for campaign execution and data collection.
Budget & Resource Management Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring cost‑effective allocation across channels. Evaluate vendors, tools, and platforms for ROI and strategic fit. Introduce zero‑based budgeting and quarterly variance analysis.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in lead role. Proven track record scaling brand awareness and lead generation for B2C or B2B SaaS/startup companies. Hands‑on experience with digital‑marketing suites (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SEO best practices, CRO, and website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar). Strong command of email‑automation platforms, CRM integration, and data‑visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio). Ability to write SQL queries or use no‑code data connectors to pull marketing data into unified dashboards.
Analytical Mindset: Expertise in building, maintaining, and interpreting multi‑channel attribution models. Comfortable with A/B testing methodology, statistical significance assessment, and forecasting.
Brand & Creative Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build or revitalize a brand from concept to market launch. Skilled in visual storytelling; comfortable reviewing design work (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma). Will apply brand metrics to guide creative decisions.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to craft persuasive copy for diverse audiences. Comfortable presenting data‑rich strategies and results to executives, investors, and external partners.
Leadership & Collaboration: Experience managing small teams or coordinating freelancers/agency partners. Agile mindset; thrives in fast‑changing, resource‑constrained environments typical of startups. Proven track record of codifying SOPs and training staff on analytical tools.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA or equivalent preferred but not mandatory).
