Tasks
We are looking for a dedicated System Engineer (m/f/d) to take responsibility for our CRM landscape and at the same time drive the further development of our BI ecosystem. In this hybrid role, you will not only be the central point of contact for our CRM system, but also actively shape the future of our data infrastructure. If you have a passion for optimizing systems, analyzing data and collaborating with different departments, then this is the perfect challenge for you.
- Management, configuration and strategic development of our CRM system
- Design and implementation of new interfaces to other systems (e.g. ERP, marketing automation)
- Optimization of CRM usage by sales and other departments to increase efficiency and data quality
- Conducting training and creating instructions for our employees at various locations
- Contact person for all questions and concerns relating to the CRM system
- Driving and testing further developments and innovations within the BI ecosystem
- Performing system analyses and specifying requirements to optimize the system architecture
- Professional and technical design of new functions and processes
- Communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders in interdisciplinary projects
- Creation of specifications, documentation and presentation of development results
- Prospective assumption of the product owner role for (partial) projects in the IT and BI environment
Profile
- Completed studies in the field of (business) informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the management and further development of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
- Experience in business intelligence and working with BI tools
- Knowledge in the definition of interface requirements and system design
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with different departments
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Experience in providing training and support is a plus
- Very good German and good English skills
