Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of AI-driven coaching experiences. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered designs that elevate the interaction between athletes, coaches, and our technology. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of sports, AI, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI/UX design and prototyping.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and AI specialists to create intuitive and engaging experiences for young athletes, coaches, and parents.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design decisions and ensure our solutions are effective and delightful to use.
• Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency across our products.
• Translate complex AI-driven insights into simple and engaging visual experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, sports tech innovations, and AI-driven product experiences.

• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
• Experience designing mobile and web applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of AI-driven interfaces and sports tech (preferred but not required).

Nice to Have

• Experience working with sports-related digital products or youth-focused applications.
• Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Passion for soccer and an understanding of how athletes train and develop.
