Job Title: Sr. Growth Marketing Manager (US – Remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the overall marketing growth strategy, aligning with company GTM plans and monthly revenue goals.
- Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team across content, design, growth, and brand marketing.
- Plan, allocate, and optimize the annual marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI across all channels (digital ads, sponsorships, events, etc.).
- Lead data-driven, performance-oriented marketing campaigns that consistently deliver qualified inbound MQL pipelines.
- Scale organic growth channels (SEO, content, community, social)
- Develop and execute ABM, lifecycle, and pipeline marketing strategies to nurture enterprise accounts through personalized outreach.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (search, social, programmatic) for maximum cost efficiency
- Run rapid experiments with emerging AI-native GTM strategies to stay ahead of marketing trends.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams for new feature launches, GTM initiatives, and strategic partnerships.
- Partner with Product Marketing to craft compelling messaging, positioning, and sales enablement materials.
- Own performance tracking, reporting, and funnel analytics (MQL → SQL → Deals) with a focus on conversion rate optimization.

- Proven expertise in demand generation, content, and full-funnel growth.
- Deep proficiency in marketing automation, GTM workflows, and ABM.
- Strong track record in SEO, content marketing, community growth, and partnerships.
- Data-oriented decision-making with advanced skills in marketing analytics and optimization.
- Experience managing and optimizing a marketing tech stack
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS growth and marketing leadership, ideally early growth-stage companies.
- Experience managing small, high-performance teams.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable growth through data-driven, performance-focused strategies.
