Data Scientist

You'll work with massive datasets, develop intelligent algorithms for job matching, and create predictive models that revolutionize how people find careers. LifeShack is your job search Agent. We streamline the job search process by using AI to complete job applications. We utilize OpenAI's LLM suite to manage up to 200 concurrent job searches per user. In addition to handling the search, our AI agents produce an updated resume, a tailored cover letter, and complete and submit job applications for our customers. We currently support over 100,000 companies and 3M jobs worldwide.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and statistical modeling
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Experience with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly)
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with AWS ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock)
• Deep understanding of A/B testing and experimentation
• Experience working with LLMs and prompt engineering
• 2+ years of experience with distributed computing (Spark, Dask)
• Experience building recommendation systems or matching algorithms
• Understanding of MLOps and model deployment best practices
• Passion for Artificial Intelligence and its potential to transform the world
