Lead Content, Growth & Strategy for Three Purpose-Driven Brands
Are you a strategic marketer and content creator who thrives wearing many hats? We’re looking for a Marketing & Content Manager to lead the charge across three brands with big vision: LifeBridge Capital (real estate investing), the Omnah Foundation (Christian adoption support), and WhitneySewell.com (personal brand development). This is a hybrid role where you’ll create and manage content, oversee freelancers, support digital campaigns, and be a key driver of lead generation and brand growth — all while working closely with the founder.
You’ll bring a clear, strategic mind, a proactive creative engine, and the humility to do what needs to get done—whether it’s producing high-value content, owning investor lead funnels, or managing personal tasks to free Whitney for what only he can do.
What You’ll Be Doing (80% Marketing & Content | 20% Executive Support)
Marketing, Growth & Content (Primary Focus)
- Manage and optimize all content creation workflows: weekly filming, batch days, and post-production logistics.
- Develop and implement repurposing systems to turn long-form content (podcasts, videos) into short-form assets, email copy, and posts across all platforms.
- Lead and manage contractors and creatives (editors, designers, podcast staff, etc.) to execute high-quality deliverables.
- Run lead generation and nurturing campaigns for investor acquisition across Life Bridge Capital and WhitneySewell.com.
- Oversee social media publishing and growth (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)—ensuring each platform matches the brand voice and drives strategic outcomes.
- Help create and manage the CRM strategy and tech stack that fuels ongoing relationship growth.
- Proactively pitch campaign and content ideas based on what’s trending and where the audience is going.
- Regularly analyze metrics and report on growth KPIs across email, web, podcast, and social.
Executive & Personal Assistant Support (Secondary)
- Handle travel arrangements, scheduling, logistics, and calendar optimization.
- Manage Whitney’s time and priorities using Dan Martell’s Buy Back Your Time framework (yes, you’ll need to read it).
- Build and nurture key personal and professional relationships—strategically remembering details, sending gifts, and crafting meaningful touchpoints.
- Support in organizing in-person content days and local errands as needed. (For those local to Roanoke, VA only)
- Occasionally travel with Whitney to events, masterminds, or mission-aligned shoots. (For those local to Roanoke, VA only)
- NOTE: The EA support role of this position may be temporary, pending the hire of a new Executive Assistant, allowing all of your time to be focused on marketing, growth and content in the future.

Who You Are
- A creative operator with strong marketing chops, excellent organizational ability, and leadership-level initiative.
- A values-aligned professional who loves faith-based missions and impact-driven entrepreneurship.
- A high-agency doer who thrives on managing complex processes, ideas, and people without micromanagement.
- Experienced with video production, content repurposing, and running remote creative teams.
- Fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Descript, CapCut, OpusClip, etc.) and not afraid to test, learn, and optimize.
- Optional Plus - Local to Roanoke, VA to be in-person 2–3 days per week for shoots and high-level syncs.
Ideal Experience
- 3+ years in content marketing, growth, brand management, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience managing social media and/or podcast workflows.
- Strong comfort with filming equipment, lighting, and basic editing software.
- High competency with project and task management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
- Bonus: Experience in faith-driven brands, capital raising, or high-net-worth investor audiences.
