Role Description

We are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance user experiences in the higher education sector. As we embark on our next exciting iteration, we are integrating AI technologies into our .NET framework to elevate customer satisfaction. Our customers play a critical part during this process. You will produce wire frames and visual models that allows collaboration with internal and external stakeholders throughout this exciting opportunity.

What will you do:

• Lead initiatives to enhance UI/UX design for enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and developers to deliver seamless workflows via e-forms and dashboards.
• Introduce AI-driven features that automate processes and eliminate errors.
• UI/UX focusing on dashboards, and streamline process flows.
• Conduct user research, testing, and iterative design refinements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups that align with business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with .NET frameworks is a plus!
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and usability testing methods.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in plain English, verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to travel  within Australia when required during the project.
