Key Responsibilities | 主要职责

·Develop, test, and maintain software applications according to business requirements.

·Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during development and deployment.

·Continuously improve code quality, optimize performance, and enhance system stability.

·Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely delivery.

·根据业务需求进行软件开发、测试与维护。

·解决开发和部署过程中的技术问题。

·持续优化代码质量，提高系统性能和稳定性。

·与项目经理和团队成员协作，确保按时交付。

Requirements | 任职要求

·Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related field.

·3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.

·Solid understanding of networking, I/O, multithreading, and JVM fundamentals.

·Familiar with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, MyBatis frameworks.

·Proficient in relational databases (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB).

·Strong problem-solving skills, communication ability, and team collaboration.

·Fluent in English for business communication; Mandarin is an advantage.

·Willing to travel for short-term business trips when required.

·计算机相关专业本科及以上学历。

·3+ 年 Java 开发经验，具备扎实的编程基础。

·熟悉 网络编程、IO、多线程，了解 JVM 基础。

·熟悉 Spring Boot、Spring MVC、MyBatis 框架。

·熟练掌握关系型数据库（MySQL、Oracle）及 NoSQL（MongoDB）。

·具备良好的问题解决能力、沟通能力和团队协作精神。

·英语可作为工作语言，会中文者优先。

·能接受短期出差。

Preferred Qualifications | 优先条件

• Experience in enterprise-level application development.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• 具有企业级应用开发经验者优先。
