As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and driving engagement. Your primary focus will be creating compelling content, executing social media strategies, and fostering connections. Responsibilities:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong emphasis on managing social media for CPG brands.
- Extensive knowledge and passion for social, including understanding of best practices and latest trends.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and grow followership
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms, as well as analytics tools to measure and track performance.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience working in social media for either an agency, in-house at a large CPG brand is essential.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a focus on CPG.
- Extensive CPG knowledge and passion, including understanding of best practices and industry trends in social media
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing engaging social media strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices, trends, and emerging platforms.
- Ability to come into the office one time per month in Baltimore, MD

Compensation/Benefits:
$100K - $125K, flexible depending upon experience
