LHH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Marketing Manager for a permanent opportunity with our remote client. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company. You will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing strategies that drive product adoption, enhance customer engagement, and fuel our growth. This role is remote for candidates in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans that align with business objectives and drive product growth.
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to understand product features, target audiences, and market trends.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
- Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement.
- Lead the development of marketing collateral, including product brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and use these insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and product metrics to measure success and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the content marketing team to produce high-quality content that drives engagement and supports lead generation efforts.
- Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance our product marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and persuasive content.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
