We are supporting a client of ours who is a leading company in the Food and Beverage Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their team. This role is pivotal in driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for their products across North America. The position offers the flexibility of remote work for candidates located on the East Coast. Candidates must have industry experience in the Food and Beverage CPG space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to enhance product visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target market segments, product features, and pricing strategies.
- Create compelling product messaging and positioning to highlight the value proposition and unique differentiators.
- Manage project kick-offs and oversee the execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop effective sales enablement tools, including presentations and training materials.
- Coordinate successful product launches, including content creation, advertising, events, and public relations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
- Support website upgrades and redesign efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry contacts.
- Assist in developing marketing claims and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement in marketing efforts.
- Maintain a robust social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging marketing content for integrated campaigns and product promotions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, within the Food and Beverage CPG sector.
- Strong understanding of product marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
