Information Technology Project Manager

IT Project Manager (Workday) | Digital Technologies Group

We’re looking for an IT Project Manager to join the IT–Digital Technologies Group, supporting Workday-focused initiatives. If you have hands-on experience managing Workday projects and enjoy driving cross‑functional delivery in a fast‑paced environment, this is a strong opportunity to make impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Define project scope, strategy, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives
• Manage project schedules, task assignments, and end‑to‑end documentation
• Lead team meetings and act as the primary liaison between vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders
• Monitor risks proactively, maintain risk registers, and implement solutions as needed
• Track budgets, monitor costs, and deliver regular status and progress reports
• Ensure timely delivery across multiple workstreams while adapting to changing requirements
• Take detailed meeting minutes, draft project plans, and maintain accurate documentation

What You Bring:

• Prior hands-on experience with the Workday application (required)
• Proven project management experience using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira or MS Project
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and confident decision‑maker in dynamic environments

💵 Pay: $60 – $65/hour.
