LHH is currently recruiting for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Events Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client. This role is crucial in leading event marketing efforts and involves both leadership responsibilities and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B SaaS, with comprehensive experience managing a variety of events. This is a remote role for candidates located in the United States and will require occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events including webinars, conferences, trade shows, and virtual events.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with marketing campaigns.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide insightful reporting to measure success and improve future events.
- Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and enhance our event offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of managing diverse types of events, from large-scale conferences to intimate webinars.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team and driving their professional growth.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely with the flexibility to travel as needed within the US.
