Marketing Manager (Crypto Exchange, Remote)

We are OdinPay s.r.o. - a licensed crypto exchange registered in the Czech Republic. We work with B2B and B2C clients, the average check is 30,000 EUR.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager whose tasks will be:

– Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.

– Attracting clients (private and corporate) through SEO, targeted advertising, content marketing, PR.

– Development of the company's personal brand and presence on the market.

– Management of external contractors (targeting specialists, copywriters, designers) and/or performing some tasks independently.

– Market and competitor analysis, offering new promotion channels.

– Preparation of reports on marketing metrics and efficiency.

Expectations from the candidate:

– Experience in digital marketing from 3 years, preferably in fintech/crypto.

– Practical skills in SEO, contextual advertising, SMM.

– Ability to work with contractors and evaluate their effectiveness.

– Fluency in English and Ukrainian, Czech is an advantage.

– Ability to work under a limited budget.

– Independence, efficiency, KPI orientation.
