The primary responsibility is to establish strong partnerships with the most influential influencers and PR resources in the industry. Play a crucial role in accelerating brand awareness and driving engagement for LEVEL8 .
Oversee influencer marketing to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness; including organic gifting, paid relationships, brand ambassadors, strategic partnerships & more.
Build and manage a team of influencers; define metrics of success and oversee performance against KPIs
Continuously optimize how we source, engage and retain influencer relationships, with a primary focus on Instagram, Youtube, TikTok.
Work cross-functionality to align influencer strategy around the merchandising calendar, major marketing initiatives, store and experiential events
Develop and manage new influencer initiatives, online and offline; partner with the creative team to leverage our influencer network for content creation
Investigate social technologies and emerging platforms to uncover opportunities for ongoing growth, program efficiency gains and innovation
Measure and report on program performance using in-house analytics and third-party tools; share insights and results with cross-functional and exec stakeholders on monthly basis
Requirements
3+ years of experience managing influencer marketing for a direct to consumer brand
Experience in fashion or e-commerce preferred
Deep understanding of German local culture with fluency in both German and English; ability to identify campaign-aligned influencers and create culturally resonant content,Hold German citizenship.
A large number of directly available influencer and PR resources, have a strong network of influencers and PR resources that you can leverage for your campaigns.
A master relationship builder - you can make friends with everyone, and leverage your network to access and establish connections
A social media native- you know who's cool. who's not and can talk the talk
Excellent verbal, written communication.
Familiarity with social media analytics and measurement tools; ability to distill insights from several sources into strategic learnings
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint / Keynote
Management experience required; proven ability to build and motivate teams
