Software Engineer

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team at Level Access. Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Work with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL to implement efficient data models.
• Integrate Kafka and Redis for message queuing and caching solutions.
• Ensure robust API design and implementation for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.

Frontend Development

• Build and maintain user-friendly interfaces using React or Angular.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Work with RESTful APIs and Web-Sockets for real-time functionality.

Cloud & Containerization

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS infrastructure.
• Apply Docker to containerize applications for development, testing, and deployment.

Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing.

Professional Experience

• + years of experience in Node.js and TypeScript development.
• Proven experience with React or Angular for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Redis.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) and Docker or equivalent experience.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Excellent understanding of secure coding practices and data protection.
• Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack).
