Summary of The Role
Digital Marketing (Executive/ Manager) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO initiatives and email marketing campaigns to drive organic traffic, improve online visibility, and support business growth through performance-driven strategies. The role will also involve close collaboration with design teams to ensure cohesive visual communication across digital and offline materials, including direct mail, brochures, and other brand collateral.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize email marketing campaigns for improved engagement, conversion rates, and retention, focusing on segmentation and personalization.
- Manage and track SEO performance using key metrics such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing for email campaigns to identify the best performing subject lines, content, and CTAs.
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and email marketing best practices to ensure strategies remain effective.
- Prepare detailed reports on email campaign and SEO performance with insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
- Work within tight deadlines, managing multiple SEO and email campaigns simultaneously, with a focus on optimization rather than paid media.
- Design and produce digital assets for SEO and email campaigns, ensuring visually engaging and brand-aligned content.
- Create and manage offline marketing materials such as direct mail, brochures, and printed collateral to support integrated marketing efforts.
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or relevant field.
- Minimum 6-9 years’ experience in similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage campaigns effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of graphic design principles and ability to create visually appealing ad creatives.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, effectively managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with experimentation and testing, with a proactive approach to campaign optimization.

Work Environment
- General Work Hours: 12.30PM – 9.30PM (WFH) Sri Lanka Time – 45hrs/week.
- Location: Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka.
