We’re seeking a seasoned UX Design Lead to drive user-centered design at Levanta, a growing marketplace platform. This role is pivotal in creating intuitive experiences that simplify transactions, foster engagement, and differentiate us in a competitive market. You’ll lead end-to-end design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align UX strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Understand user needs and validate design hypotheses.
- Create personas and map user journeys to guide design decisions.
- Design user flows to improve usability and streamline interactions.
- Build prototypes to test ideas and simulate user interactions.
- Create intuitive interfaces with clear feedback mechanisms.
- Apply typography, layout, and color theory for visually appealing designs.
- Test designs iteratively using feedback and data to refine solutions.
- Validate assumptions and drive improvements based on test results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 5+ years UX experience, with expertise in web, mobile, and responsive platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards, inclusive design principles, W3C
- Deep experience working with one or more design tools: Figma, Sketch, v0.Dev
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Familiarity with agile workflows.
- Able to empathize with diverse users and craft balanced solutions.
- Proficient in designing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Familiar with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
