We are now seeking a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth and performance marketing strategy.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end digital strategy — driving traffic, improving conversion rates, and building brand visibility across all channels. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with measurable impact on revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and SEO).

Manage paid advertising campaigns focused on ROAS, CPA, and growth KPIs.

Oversee SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs.

Work closely with the Shopify team to optimize landing pages, user journeys, and conversion rates.

Lead email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and Re:amaze.

Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and similar tools.

Manage budgets efficiently and deliver ROI-based marketing outcomes.

Identify new growth opportunities including partnerships and remarketing funnels.

Coordinate with creative team and latest ai tools for high-performing visuals and ad copies.

Manage Google shopping feed

Requirements

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands.

Proven success managing large ad budgets and achieving measurable ROI.

Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.

Experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in the electric mobility or lifestyle product sector.

Knowledge of Irish and UK digital consumer trends.

Familiarity with influencer or affiliate marketing platforms.
