LessonFly helps music schools grow. We provide marketing services, automation tools, and strategy coaching to education businesses across North America.
We’re currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team.
This is a part-time position (20 hours/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance. You’ll manage and execute marketing campaigns across platforms, build and optimize funnels, and support our growing client base of music education businesses.
✅ You Should Have:
- 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably digital/performance-focused)
- Hands-on experience running Facebook and Google Ads
- Solid understanding of Go High Level or similar CRM/automation platforms
- Basic web design skills (Wix, Webflow, WordPress, or similar)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A results-driven mindset — comfortable with data, testing, and optimization
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns for clients
- Build landing pages and simple marketing sites
- Set up automations, email sequences, and pipelines in Go High Level
- Collaborate with designers and content creators
- Monitor KPIs and report results to the team
💡 Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience working with small businesses or in the education sector
- Familiarity with funnel strategy, retargeting, and lead magnets
- Basic design or copywriting experience
