Envera is a legal entity of Lesaffre located in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Envera manufactures bacteria solutions for Lesaffre BUs and different market segments such as wastewater treatment, bioremediation, cleaning solutions, agriculture, and many other areas where beneficial bacteria can play a key role.

What You Bring To The Table

Ability to oversee the analysis, implementation, and execution of competitive strategies, market segment business plans, and product demands. Knowledge to identify key products and assets needed, then lead the development and implementation of these assets in collaboration with internal teams and customers. Possess the capability to work closely with the Sales team to define key metrics and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives in generating qualified leads, driving conversions, and providing overall value to the sales process.

A few things you will do as our Marketing Manager

• Create B2B marketing campaigns to build customer awareness in growing bacteria portfolio for current products and as new products launch.
• Leverage analytical skills to build compelling value propositions through market research, customer/segment mapping, target product launches, pricing strategies, and market communication planning.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to execute outbound and inbound marketing activities for the company's portfolio of bacteria-based solutions. This includes leveraging traditional media, digital media, email, trade shows, and other channels.
• Closely monitor industry trends, client needs, and competitive activity to continuously inform and refine the marketing strategy.
• Develop and publish product data sheets and technical application bulletins that support product offerings.
• Define and track KPIs to measure marketing performance, campaign impact, and overall business outcomes.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration, MBA preferred but not necessary with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the life sciences or biotechnology.
• Excel at navigating complex, matrixed environments, demonstrating the ability to get things done in organization through influence by leveraging extensive interpersonal skills and cross-group/functional collaboration abilities.
• Possess experience in project management, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% as needed.
• Must possess a dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver excellence.
