How You'll Contribute To Our Success

As our Associate Director, Marketing, Americas, you will be instrumental in driving measurable results and fueling Gnosis' next phase of growth. Leveraging your outstanding domain expertise in the dietary supplement, nutraceutical, or functional food industry, you will develop impactful product category, customer channel, and consumer health platform playbooks, go-to-market strategies, and compelling content for our marketing and sales assets. By activating data-driven, multi-channel campaigns and events, you will fill and convert our buyer funnel, which includes retail, DTC, multi-channel, and practitioner wellness brands, as well as their production partners. Thriving in our entrepreneurial environment, you will build new processes and frameworks to support our rapidly growing and transforming business, making a significant impact and accelerating Gnosis' growth as an industry leader.

What You’ll Do As An Associate Director, Americas

  • Planning and Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Develop annual Americas tactical marketing plan aligned with global and regional strategies

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define metrics, report on marketing ROI, and empower sales and customer alignment

  • Provide regional perspective to inform marketing strategy and initiatives, incorporating unique consumer insights and product features

  • Optimize and socialize Americas trade show and events plan to improve ROI and right-size participation

  • Brand and Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Create co-marketing programs to drive Gnosis product brand use and maximize ingredient visibility with consumers

  • Develop product category, platform, and channel-specific playbooks to enable more effective sales

  • Launch new products with comprehensive go-to-market plans and lead generation/nurture programs to drive pipeline growth

  • Synthesize data and insights to identify health and consumer whitespace opportunities for ingredient marketing

  • Sales Team Enablement

  • Ensure marketing campaigns and tactics align with sales forecasts and growth ambitions

  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio of sales enablement collateral in collaboration with sales and product teams

  • Lead development of assets and programming for Innovations Days to generate new projects and product demand

  • Take accountability for regional customer marketing programs to foster deeper customer relationships and activation

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 10+ years of progressive B2B health ingredient marketing experience (ideally in-house); Nutraceuticals, dietary supplement, or functional food experience required
  • 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring junior marketing talent in a lean environment
  • Significant performance marketing expertise and proven track record of results developing and delivering sales-generating marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business result
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms
  • Industry knowledge including nutraceutical or dietary supplement ingredient marketing expertise, familiarity with the sales lifecycle and marketing funnels, an understanding of scientific substantiation and regulatory requirements for ingredient claims, and knowledge of global markets with focus on the Americas (North America, LATAM)
  • Expertise in effectively curating and leveraging consumer, customer, and competitive insights to inform actions

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Wellness consumer brand experience is a strong plus
