Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Graphics Designer to create visually stunning designs that capture the essence of our brand. As a Graphics Designer at Spehre, you will be responsible for designing marketing materials, social media graphics, and other visual elements that align with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

1. Designing Marketing Materials: Create brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials that showcase our services and products.
2. Social Media Graphics: Design engaging social media graphics, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn posts.
3. Brand Identity: Develop and maintain our brand's visual identity across all marketing channels.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to understand design requirements and preferences.
5. Design Conceptualization: Conceptualize and present design ideas to the team, incorporating feedback and revisions.
6. Design Execution: Execute design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
7. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and software.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
3. Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
