We are building the next generation of our enterprise physical security platform - and we're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own it from the ground up. This is a greenfield product. You will design the entire user experience from scratch, establish the design system, and set the visual and interaction language for a platform used by security professionals in high-stakes operational environments.

This is not a supporting role or a seat in a large design team. You will be the design owner, working directly with product managers to define, design, and deliver a world-class enterprise web application.

Job Responsibilities

End-to-end product design for a complex, data-intensive enterprise web platform - from early discovery through to production-ready UI.
Information architecture, user flows, and interaction design for multi-role enterprise workflows (administrators, managers, and operators).
Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and backend teams to deliver cohesive user experiences.
Own and evolve design standards, patterns, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency across the platform.
Validate design decisions through user research, usability testing, and data driven feedback.
Ensure accessibility and inclusive design practices are applied across all user interfaces.
Review and refine implemented UI to ensure design quality and alignment with specifications.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise web applications or complex B2B platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating data-dense dashboard design, multi-role platform architecture, and end-to-end product ownership.
Proven ability to own design initiatives from concept to production.
Excellent communication skills.

Skills & Tools

UX Disciplines: User research, interaction design, information architecture, and usability testing
UI Design: Visual design, layout, typography, color systems, and component-based design
Design Tools: Figma, Miro, Adobe XD (or equivalent modern design tools)
Prototyping: Low and high-fidelity prototyping for web applications
Collaboration: Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
Accessibility: Practical knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

Strong advantage for candidates with physical security software product or IoT platforms backgrounds.
