Senior Product Marketing Manager, Pricing, Packaging & Services
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to take the lead on how we price and package our platform and services. This includes making sure our pricing makes sense for customers, our offerings are easy to understand, and our plans reflect the value we deliver.
You’ll work closely with product, finance, marketing, and sales to set our packaging strategy, explain the differences across plans, and help customers get the most out of our products and services.
What You Will Do
- Set and refine pricing & packaging strategy: Work with product and finance to make sure our pricing aligns with customer value, usage trends, and what competitors are doing. Keep things simple for customers while making it work for the business.
- Explain what’s in each plan—and why: Write clear, practical messaging that helps customers pick the right plan based on their size, needs, and what they want to build or manage with Quickbase..
- Compare features across plans and competitors: Make it easy for both customers and internal teams to understand what’s different across our offerings and why that matters.
- Support our services offerings: Help position professional services so customers understand what’s included and when they should use them.
- Support upgrade and expansion efforts: Collaborate with sales, success, demand gen, and customer marketing teams to build campaigns that move customers to the right plans as their needs grow.
- Create tools and content for the field: Build clear internal assets, comparison charts, and talk tracks that help our GTM teams explain plan differences and services options.
- Use data and research to guide strategy: Regularly check in on what customers need, how they buy, and how our pricing compares in the market. Use that to shape our roadmap and pricing strategy.
About You
- 5+ years in product marketing, pricing strategy, or a similar role in a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience working on pricing and packaging for a range of product plans or service tiers.
- Able to clearly explain complex offerings in a way that makes sense to both technical and business buyers.
- Familiar with enterprise software and how companies make purchasing decisions—especially around governance, security, or compliance.
- Comfortable working with data to test ideas, back up decisions, and track results.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, finance, and customer success.
- You are curious and have a growth mindset
- You take ownership, are accountable, and have excellent project management skills
- You flourish in ambiguity and can make quick, thoughtful decisions
- You push for high standards and celebrate the wins
The items above are a starting point for a conversation, not a hard list of requirements. If this role excites you, we hope you will apply
