This role will develop our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for JR’s AI/Digital portfolio, drive marketing excellence, and partner closely with R&D to steer the product roadmap aligned with our JR and Enterprise priorities. It’s a strategic position designed to align innovation, commercialization, and execution for maximum impact.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of Smart Robotics. We’re looking for a visionary product leader to own the GTM strategy for JR’s AI and Digital portfolio, driving precision in how we launch, position, and scale innovations that sit at the intersection of data, care, and technology. In this role, you’ll collaborate deeply with R&D to guide the product roadmap, ensuring our solutions not only advance our JR and enterprise digital strategies but redefine what’s possible in the operating room and beyond. You’ll architect marketing excellence in a space where rapid iteration, seamless integration, and direct-to-user experiences are the new frontier.

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategy and execution for AI and digital solutions, incorporating competitive intelligence, market trends, and customer insights into portfolio and GTM planning.
  • Monitor market activity, anticipate competition, and tailor strategies to meet both current and future customer needs across surgeons, OR staff, and health system executives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and translate insights into product requirements, value propositions, and marketing narratives.
  • Author key strategy documents including annual marketing plans, product launch plans, and strategic roadmaps, ensuring organizational alignment.
  • Drive segmentation and positioning strategies, developing clear targeting, messaging, and value propositions for data and digital solutions.
  • Partner with R&D, clinical, enterprise digital, and commercial teams to shape product roadmaps, evidence generation strategy, and innovation pipeline.
  • Lead commercialization planning including launch excellence, sales enablement, pricing strategies, and economic value analysis for digital and data offerings.
  • Provide strategic direction and enablement to the sales organization through training, communications, and development of playbooks.
  • Define and track KPIs, adoption metrics, and success criteria for data-driven offerings; conduct post-launch analysis and implement lessons learned.
  • Forecast sales, adoption, and revenue growth, recommending proactive adjustments based on market conditions and product lifecycle.
  • Oversee multi-channel strategy and assess opportunities to expand reach through digital platforms, developer communities, or data marketplaces.
  • Ensure customer responsiveness by leveraging feedback and usage patterns to improve product usability, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment, representing the voice of the customer and aligning decisions across marketing, R&D, and enterprise digital.
  • Build thought leadership around AI, digital, and data innovation, strengthening brand credibility in the medtech space.

What You Need (Required)

  • 10+ years of work experience required
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex insights into go-to-market strategy preferably using ‘Big Picture’ marketing
