Job Description

We are seeking a Power BI Developer to support, maintain, enhance, and develop Power BI dashboards and data flows. This role is responsible for overseeing an existing portfolio of dashboards and data flows, ensuring weekly and monthly refreshes run successfully and data is accurate. The Power BI Developer will partner closely with the Advanced Analytics team to troubleshoot issues, support end users, and deliver enhancements. This role will also develop new dashboards and data flows as business needs evolve.

Key Responsibilities Include The Following

• Manage and execute weekly and monthly dashboard and data flow refreshes using business‑provided data, ensuring successful completion and accurate data population.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve refresh failures, data issues, and calculation errors, partnering with the Advanced Analytics team as needed and communicating updates to dashboard users.
• Support end users by assisting with dashboard access, responding to data questions, and clarifying metric definitions.
• Enhance existing dashboards and data flows based on business requirements, collaborating with the Advanced Analytics team on prioritization, data sources, and timelines.
• Communicate development milestones, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders.
• Develop new dashboards and data flows to meet emerging business needs, working closely with end users to validate requirements and confirm successful delivery.

Skills And Requirements

6+ years of relevant work experience

Power BI dashboard, data flows, and DAX development experience required

Advanced Excel Skills Required

SQL experience preferred

Excellent organizational skills

Experience supporting many Power BI dashboards concurrently

Serves as primary Power BI point of contact within the Advanced Analytics team
