Job Description

This person will be responsible for managing marketing-based requests through the firms website and oversee end-to-end delivery of website content production (QA/traffic control of intakes). Will be working in the content management system, AEM. It is crucial this person has experience in an end delivery web development role, and strong understanding of web cycles and end web production processes. This is a high-volume role, averaging 20 daily web production requests from various stakeholder groups. Responsible for verifying qualifications are met through the intake, to negotiating process, and push back to groups based on assessed gaps. This will be managed and ushered through comments via a ticketing system to identify or remove content though functional teams (whether its design, content, etc.) Must understand processes for Meda and URL structure, as the technical requirement of the job.

Responsibilities

• Understands best practices and processes for end-to-end delivery of website content production

• Recognizes where dependencies are for web development cycles through content, design and asset management

• Experience building and maintaining delivery processes for web production from intake, routing, development and QA

• Has background leveraging traffic management and routing tools such as Adobe Workfront to manage, assign and report against web production requests

• Accustomed to daily high volume request queues as initial intake traffic manager

• Ability to oversee a team of web developers to balance assignment and resource capacity while adhering to established SLAs

• Understands QA processes for both pre- and post-delivery of web production. Able to oversee and build efficiency in QA practices for error-free delivery

Skills And Requirements

Highschool diploma

At least 3 years in web traffic and QA roles to oversee delivery of website content production

Strong end-to-end delivery of website content production experience (Within Marketing)

Content Management system experience (AEM is a plus)

Must understand processes for Meda and URL structure

Understanding of web cycles and end website content production processes null
