Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Lead Fullstack Developer for our Commercial Real Estate lending and trading customer. This role is a fully remote position to help lead and be hands on with a pod team of 5 engineers to help enhance applications. This person will support the applications offering codebase enhancements and progressing the tech, while also leading the team and covering performance reviews. This person will work with the Directors and VP of the team for progress reporting and updates, as well as the Product Owner and Scrum Master.

Skills And Requirements

• 8+ years of overall fullstack application programming and development experience
• 3+ years of lead experience within a development team
• Exceptionally strong in front end Angular JS scripting
• Core ASP .NET framework development experience
• AWS LAMBDA environment
• SQL Relational database
• Agile/scrum experience - Commercial real estate, or financial services/asset management
• ClawdeCode or AI tooling experience
