Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role in building and enhancing both web and mobile applications. This position involves hands-on development across the stack, solving complex technical challenges, and collaborating closely with the team to deliver high-quality solutions. You’ll work in a paired programming environment, contribute to feature development, and ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend systems.

Responsibilities

Lead backend development for web and mobile applications while supporting frontend (React) components.

Collaborate in a paired programming environment to design and implement effective solutions.

Develop, code, and maintain features across web and mobile platforms.

Participate in daily Agile/Scrum ceremonies and team meetings.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth application performance.

Skills And Requirements

5+ years of experience in a similar full-stack development role.

Strong proficiency in Python/Django for backend development.

Experience with React and Node.js for frontend development.

Solid understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.

Skilled in writing queries; Postgres SQL preferred.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication skills for providing updates and collaborating with development pairs.

Ability to log, monitor, and track project progress effectively.

Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
