Job Description

• The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of MMIT's solutions and data.
• The QA Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to identify defects, improve processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for our solutions and client deliverables.
• Perform functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management and issue-tracking tools.
• Collaborate with Configuration Analyst, developers, business analysts, and product managers to ensure requirements are well-defined and testable.
• Participate in root cause analysis of defects and recommend process improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide clear and timely feedback to team on identified issues and potential risks.Continuously improve QA processes.Maintain and update test documentation, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• SHIFT TIMING: 6:30pm-3:30pm IST to support client and project needs.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with test case management and defect-tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
