Job Summary

Join our dynamic IT Quality team as a QA Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our D365 integration projects. You'll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and executing test cases while collaborating closely with our development teams across the US and India to prioritize and deliver enhancements and projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a QA Analyst – D365 in software testing, preferably with D365 integration. This position will be Full Time and remote.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with Devs, technical project stakeholders and leads to understanding the requirements, ensuring responsibility for producing high-quality test cases and automation resulting from knowledge.

Test requirements as stated ensuring no leakage on production.

Deliver best possible solution in terms of performance, quality, and maintainability.

Create and maintain test cases, Test suite, Test plan and test results.

Provides input/updates to architect, Management, and project manager as required on test results with data driven status reports.

Ensure integrity of solutions on all environments using test and automation

Provide support during UAT and Production support, test data issues and defects to determine root cause.

Contribute to and follow quality best practices.

Call out risks on time and to project LT

Required

What You'll Need

  • Experience: 6-8 years in software testing, preferably with D365 integration.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in creating and executing test cases and automation scripts.
  • Financial Modules Knowledge: Experience with financial modules in D365 is an added advantage.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving issues.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
