We’re looking for a talented Principal UX Designer who is passionate about solving complex design challenges, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to contribute to the products that impact users globally.

Role Overview

As a Principal UX Designer, you’ll lead the design process across multiple projects, focusing on complex data dashboards while considering accessibility and responsiveness. You’ll collaborate closely with the product teams, a global team of designers, developers, and stakeholders to rapidly iterate on UX challenges. You will be responsible for gathering user feedback, ensuring accessibility standards, and quickly updating mockups to improve usability and design efficiency.

We need someone who’s adaptable to changing requirements, thinks critically to find creative UX solutions, and is fluent in Figma’s newest features, plugins, and widgets. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, accessible, and responsive user experiences across our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to implementation with a focus on complex data dashboards, accessibility, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to align on requirements, priorities, and project goals.
• Utilize Figma’s latest features to create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for complex data dashboards.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Iterate quickly on designs based on user and stakeholder feedback, data, and evolving project needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate directly with users to test designs, gather feedback, and incorporate it into rapid iterations.
• Prototype solutions using real data to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility and smooth implementation of designs.
• Solve complex UX problems with innovative and effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in accessibility, mobile, and data dashboard design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including plugins, widgets, and the latest features (hands- on design and prototyping tasks will be part of the interview process).
• Experience in rapid prototyping using real data and designing for responsive interfaces.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• (BuildWeb, SAAS products, analytic products, applications where decisions are made) - About 10+ yrs Expr, stakeholder management, team management, project management
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Must have experience conducting user testing and incorporating feedback into the design process.
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with product, design, and development teams.
• Experience working in a global and remote team setting.
• Must be able to work a shifted schedule that allows for at least 4 hours of overlap with the U.S. East Coast time zone.
• A strong problem-solver with the ability to think critically and creatively.
