Role Summary: We are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join our global creative team. Reporting into the Senior Art Director, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing creative campaigns and a high volume of assets for digital, social, and paid media platforms. You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring the execution of high-quality visuals, videos and animations that meet brand standards and performance goals. This role requires a combination of conceptual thinking, craft, attention to detail and design expertise with experience in AI gen tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce a variety of digital assets, video assets, social media content, paid media creatives, and motion graphics.

Collaborate with the Senior Art Director and wider creative team to develop compelling campaign concepts.

Ensure creative assets are optimized for adtech platforms such as YouTube, PMax, Google VRC, DemandGen, Google Display, DV360, and Creative Studio.

Edit video content and create motion graphics for digital advertising and social campaigns.

Implement AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, scaling and generating large creative campaigns quickly and effectively while maintaining high quality.

Maintain a strong understanding of design systems and modular creative approaches to drive consistency and adaptability.

Stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications & Experience

3+ years of experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, video editing and gen AI.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma.

Bonus if experienced in Figma Design Systems for efficiency on design production.

Great video editing skills and motion graphics.

Experience with adtech platforms such as Google Display, DemandGen, Google VRC, PMax, DV360, Creative Studio, Smartly and Clinch.

Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, responsive design principles, creative best practices, and animation.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality output.

Experience with AI-gen design tools for static and video.

Salary Rage: 70,000-80,400 USD per year

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time based on individual and company performance. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's location, relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
