Lensa partners with DirectEmployers to promote this job for Digital Luxury Group, DLG.

Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Motion Graphic Designer in Shanghai with a strong background in both graphic design and motion design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and possess the skills to create visually compelling and engaging content for various platforms.

This person will work with DLG Geneva office on the motion design requests of social media content.

This job is remote , with the same working hours of DLG Shanghai office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize software such as Adobe Photoshop to create clean, readable, and visually balanced designs, demonstrating effective use of typography and layout.
  • Animate designed elements using Adobe After Effects based on client specifications.
  • Develop eye-catching animated content for social media platforms, including Instagram stories, Facebook posts, and TikTok videos.
  • Combine multiple visual elements, including graphics, static assets, text, and video, into a single cohesive composition.
  • Edit videos using software like Adobe Premiere and create appealing transitions, with familiarity in Da Vinci Resolve considered a plus.
  • Produce different formats (horizontal and vertical) from a master video.
  • Design a variety of materials, including banners, social media ads, video posts, pre-roll video ads, transitions, animated website elements, and animated covers for websites.
  • Create short, engaging videos ranging from 10 seconds to longer descriptive videos of up to 2 minutes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in graphic design and motion design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and animation work.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
