We are seeking a strategic and technically skilled Marketing Technology Manager to lead the development, integration, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. This role is pivotal in aligning marketing operations with business goals through the effective use of platforms, data, and automation.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the Marketing Tech Stack: Manage and evolve platforms such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics systems.
Drive Integration & Innovation: Lead cross-platform integrations and identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the bridge between marketing, sales, and IT to ensure seamless data flow and campaign execution.
Governance & Best Practices: Define and implement global standards for campaign workflows, lead management, and data governance.
Data & Reporting: Ensure data integrity and develop dashboards that provide actionable insights and demonstrate marketing ROI.

What We Are Looking For

8+ years of experience in marketing operations or technology management.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data integration tools (Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe and Umbraco Preferred).
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English skills.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: ( Optional)

Knowledge/experience with Visualization tools (Power BI).

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate

$83,483.33 - $125,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
