CTG is seeking to fill a Marketing Operations Delivery Specialist opening for our client in Texas.

Location: Remote

Duration: 11 months

Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to deliver effective digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Create, manage, and optimize SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design campaign journeys, select targeting criteria, determine channel mix, and establish campaign reporting structures.
  • Execute campaigns in alignment with best practices for creative marketing automation.
  • Partner with Client Service Delivery teams to maintain and evolve Direct Marketing methodologies.
  • Establish quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate and efficient campaign delivery.
  • Support campaign wrap-up reporting and analysis, leveraging insights for improvement and new ideas.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across marketing operations.
  • Apply specialized knowledge of at least one marketing automation platform and scripting for campaign builds.

Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, email, social, and display advertising.
  • Knowledge of scripting and campaign-building techniques.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing operations or campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Prior experience in campaign journey design and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Experience working in client-facing or cross-functional delivery teams preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $42.00 to $57.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
