If you're eager to lead innovative initiatives and make a lasting difference on a global scale we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:As our Marketing Learning Program Manager, you'll be at the forefront of partner enablement, driving engaging initiatives and cultivating a vibrant learning ecosystem.
Design Tailored Learning Experiences: Architect customized learning paths that guide partners through the brands collaborative marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Develop Engaging Content: Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and coordinate the production of diverse, high-quality learning materials, including videos, infographics, and e-books.
Shape Program Narrative: Work alongside the team lead to develop and refine the narrative, tone, and messaging of learning experiences, co-creating engaging content for social media, newsletters, and more.
Maintain & Enhance Learning Platform: Oversee our Learning Management System (LMS), updating existing content, uploading new courseware, and resolving errors to ensure a superior user experience.
Analyze Performance & Communicate Insights: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using a dedicated dashboard, analyze metrics with the MV Data Analyst, and effectively communicate insights to global stakeholders, aligning with strategic goals.
Qualifications:We're seeking a proactive individual with a passion for learning and partner success.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in learning program development and management (3-5 years).
Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing strategies and partner collaboration.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with global and regional stakeholders.
Agency Management: Experience in managing external agencies and content curation.
Strategic & User-Focused Mindset: Strategic thinking with a keen focus on enhancing user experiences.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
