Responsibilities

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to join our US Marketing Downstream team, specializing in the management and growth of our vascular closure product portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving demand generation activities, and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver business results. This includes regional focus on product lifecycle management, product positioning, and partnership with upstream to support the creation of global launch materials, market research, customer need identification, and portfolio/strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of assigned product portfolio, including product positioning, pricing strategy, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the portfolio’s value proposition based on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create targeted content, promotional materials, and sales tools that align with strategic objectives while analyzing effectiveness of campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Partner with supply chain and operations teams to develop accurate demand forecasts and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans as needed to address market dynamics and customer demand.
  • Lead product launch marketing activities, partnering with R&D, regulatory, clinical, and operations teams to ensure successful commercialization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to inform strategic planning and portfolio decisions. Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) activities to gather insights that guide marketing strategies and product development.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to the sales team, providing training, tools, and resources to support their success.
  • Conduct regular field visits to gather insights, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience inproduct management or marketing experiencein themedical device industry,preferably with a focus on cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and/or endovascular products.
  • Bachelor’s degree inmarketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineeringor a related field.MBA preferred. Combined education and experience will be considered.
  • Ability to traveldomesticallyandinternationally, estimated30%travel

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, as well as marketing tools and CRM systems.
