We are seeking a skilled Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager to drive the strategy and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel communication programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of messaging and branding across all touchpoints, including traditional marketing, digital platforms, social media, content, and more. You will be responsible for developing unified campaign strategies that leverage the strengths of each channel, to effectively build brand awareness, accelerate funnel velocity, foster audience engagement, and achieve defined business goals.

This position eport to the Marketing Communications and Events Manager, is part of the Beckman Coulter North America Marketing team and will be fully REMOTE.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans across multiple channels, including digital (email, social media, paid media), print, and internal communications.
• Lead high-visibility and strategic marketing initiatives including major product launches, industry milestones, and thought leadership campaigns.
• Build channel plans that encompass paid, owned, and earned media, tailored to the buyer journey.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate campaign success and inform optimizations.
• Implement scalable marketing operations practices that accelerate campaign development while upholding high quality standards.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 3+ years of experience.
• *Experience is defined as Integrated Marketing Communications ideally with Campaign Management
• Demonstrated success in leading full-funnel, multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact
• Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing complex initiatives across multiple teams and timelines

Travel Requirements

• This position requires up to 25% flying and/or driving domestic travel, which may include overnight stays.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in email marketing, developing and executing targeted campaigns that drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates
• Experience with marketing automation (Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce)
• Experience managing and scaling cross-channel marketing campaigns and multi-channel strategies.

The annual salary range for this role is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
