Job Overview

As a Product Marketing Analyst dedicated to the Power Solutions team within TE Connectivity’s Digital Data Networks (DDN) business unit, you will play a critical role in establishing TE as a thought leader in power solutions for AI infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with the Power Solutions Product Management (PM) team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives, support new product introductions (NPIs), and enhance market awareness. This role requires a strong understanding of technical products, marketing expertise, and the ability to collaborate across teams to achieve shared goals.

Collaborate With The Power Solutions PM Team

  • Partner with PM leaders to understand product roadmaps, priorities, and technical capabilities.
  • Translate complex technical information into compelling value propositions for internal and external audiences.

Develop And Execute Marketing Plans

  • Create tailored marketing plans focused on digital presence, branding, content strategy, and partnership joint promotions.
  • Work with internal and external creative resources to develop marketing materials (e.g., videos, whitepapers, presentations, brochures).

Power Partnership Co-Marketing

  • Collaborate with key partners to develop and execute joint marketing initiatives, leveraging co-branded content and promotional activities to expand market reach and influence.

Track And Optimize Performance

  • Use marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce.com, Eloqua) to manage campaigns and track performance.
  • Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and report on ROI for marketing activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with digital, integrated, and strategic marketing teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
  • Support sales enablement by creating battle cards, customer presentations, and sample kits.

Content Creation And Thought Leadership

  • Develop content (e.g., technical blogs, solution guides, infographics) to drive awareness and position TE as a thought leader in power solutions for AI infrastructure.
  • Highlight customer success stories and technical differentiators to build credibility.

What Your Background Should Look Like

Education : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing plans for technical products.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of power solutions, connectors, and high-speed communications.
  • Proficient in marketing automation tools and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $137,300 –$205,900 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
