This position completes necessary analysis to provide optimum advanced case designs compiled in effective sales presentations for multi life non qualified deferred compensation plan marketing. The position positively impacts sales by educating advisors and providing case specific consulting.
Key Job Responsibilities
The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Collaborative Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of collaborative sales and marketing; ability to design and manage joint sales and marketing ventures.
Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
Estate Planning: Knowledge of the concepts, processes, and operations of estate planning; ability to provide estate planning solutions for high net worth clients to meet their specific requirements.
Financial Planning Instruments (Pensions, Annuities, etc.): Knowledge of financial planning products, market segments and marketplaces; ability to analyze and apply knowledge of financial planning products to meet financial goals and objectives.
Retirement Programs: Knowledge of features, policies and processes of retirement programs; ability to implement and manage employee retirement programs and plans.
Tax Planning: knowledge of objectives and operation of tax planning; ability to implement appropriate methods and approaches to meet business goals in various environment.
