We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our Digital Transformation Office (TO) team which owns and is responsible for managing and optimizing the suite of process, tools and technologies that enable our business users.
The goal of this role is to drive Performance transparency and Transformation cadence, ensuring our plans and business case are aligned with the Digital Transformation roadmap. This is a leadership role that will drive multiple steering committees and is visible to senior leadership and external partners.

The base salary budgeted range for this position is $130-175k. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission. This position is hybrid 3 days per week at our Morrisville, NC location and once quarterly travel.
