You’ll join repeat founders (YC alum) with 10+ years of experience in AI, media, and advertising.

About the Role

We’re looking for our first UX Designer to shape the future of advertising in AI-native, conversational environments.

You’ll work directly with the founders and engineering team to design elegant, useful, and non-intrusive user experiences — where AI, media and product seamlessly meet.

This is a rare opportunity to join early, take full ownership, and help invent the UX standards of a new media category.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design of next-generation user experiences within AI interfaces (chatbots, AI search, assistants)
• Be at the forefront of inventing the new UX paradigms of conversational and agentic interfaces
• Build and evolve our first design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and speed of iteration
• Collaborate closely with engineering and business teams to bring ideas to life
• Join client meetings & demos to pitch Lemrock’s vision and gather real-time feedback on product experience

Who You Are

✔️ You have 10+ years of experience in UX design — ideally including AI, product-led B2B SaaS, or adtech

✔️ You’re product-minded, user-obsessed, and driven by simplicity and utility

✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative and thrive in fast-paced settings

✔️ You think outside the box – creative, curious, unafraid to challenge conventions

✔️ You thrive in high-autonomy, high-expectation environments

✔️ Fluent in English; French is a plus
