Field Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to join as one of our first marketing hires. In this role, you’ll design and execute programs that put Legion in front of the right security buyers—driving pipeline through field events, partner activations, and targeted campaigns.

You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with our founders and sales team, giving you direct impact on Legion’s growth. This is a unique opportunity to shape our field marketing function from the ground up, with high visibility across the company and plenty of room to innovate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead field, event, and partner marketing across all segments—driving pipeline growth and increasing visibility among enterprise security teams.
• Plan, strategize, build, and execute field marketing programs end-to-end.
• Launch new partner marketing programs from the ground up.
• Secure speaking opportunities for our executive leadership and technical team at high-impact events.
• Own the full event motion—roundtables, roadshows, trade shows, and webinars—with clear objectives and follow-through.
• Measure impact: track MQLs, opportunities, influenced pipeline, partner-sourced deals, and ROI.
• Manage budget and resources to deliver high-quality programs efficiently.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of field or event marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity and/or AI software.
• Proven ability to design and execute marketing programs that generate measurable results.
• Experience thriving in startups or ambiguous environments—you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats.
• A self-starter mentality: resourceful, proactive, and driven to win in an early-stage environment.
