While currently doubling its revenue year on year, over the next 5 years, we're aiming even higher, with launches across footwear, expanding our menswear collections, a global content-driven paid media strategy, and deeper CRM-led customer relationships. Combined with our relentless focus on product and brand identity, we’re aiming to grow revenue from 8-figures to 9-figures.

Your Role

To support this growth, we’re now looking for a Marketing Creative Strategist to take our paid ads, especially Meta, Instagram, and Tiktok to the next level. If you know how to sell with words, understand consumer psychology, and are as obsessed with lowering CPAs as you are with crafting killer hooks… keep reading.

This is mainly a remote role for someone who lives at the intersection of performance data and wild creativity. You’re part strategist, part psychologist, part copywriting assassin with Facebook Ads in your blood and Breakthrough Advertising memorized like scripture.

You’ll lead the charge in developing, executing, and iterating high-impact marketing strategies that move product and drop CPA. You’ll be working closely with our internal marketing team across our core markets, London, Manchester, and Dubai, to drive measurable, profitable growth through unmatched creative execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the creative strategy for all channel: angles, scripts, hooks, formats, and iterations
  • Dive into Meta Ads Manager, roll around in the data, and emerge with clear creative decisions that scale profitably.
  • Constantly test creative angles and formats to optimise conversions and reduce CPA
  • Write dangerously persuasive copy across ads, landing pages, and other creative assets
  • Execute killer creative briefs for internal team members and content creators.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm shifts, and market trends like it's your second job
  • Deep-dive into product, website, and customer data to spot patterns and build campaigns that convert
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure full-funnel, integrated campaign execution
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the Legend London brand voice, aesthetic, and energy
  • Use analytics tools (Triple Whale, Meta, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure performance and ideate data-driven creative direction

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got 3–5+ years experience crafting and executing high-converting ad creatives
  • You’ve worked on single accounts spending £3M+ on ads per year, or can demonstrate your ability to strategise creatives for 8 or 9 figure ecommerce businesses.
  • You’re a master of Facebook/Meta advertising and you know what converts, what flops, and why
  • You’ve got a track record of decreasing CPA while increasing scale
  • Your copywriting is solid and you understand psychology, persuasion, and timing
  • You understand the fashion & apparel eCommerce space, or you can adapt fast
  • You’ve got strong analytical skills and you can extract gold from rows of data and translate it into creative insight
  • You’re relentlessly curious, self-driven, and thrive in fast-moving environments
  • You think like a scientist but create like an artist
  • You could give a talk on the difference between a hook that gets 1.2% CTR and one that hits 3.8%
