About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Growth Marketing Specialist to design and execute strategies that fuel customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize marketing channels, boost brand awareness, and make a lasting impact in the legal tech space.

What You’ll Do
✅ Strategic Planning: Design and implement growth marketing strategies, set KPIs, and measure effectiveness.
✅ User Acquisition: Drive campaigns across digital marketing, partnerships, and innovative channels.
✅ Advertising: Manage and optimize paid ads on Google, social media, and beyond.
✅ User Retention: Build strategies to boost engagement and loyalty through email and CRM.
✅ Content Strategy: Create compelling, SEO-driven content to attract and educate our audience.
✅ Data & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, conversions, and growth metrics.
✅ Experimentation: Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
✅ Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce bold, innovative marketing tactics.

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of growth/marketing experience (tech industry preferred).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Ads, Trends & other marketing tools.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, social, email, content, partnerships.
• Strong growth track record (samples/results required).
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Familiarity with legal services or regulatory industries is a plus.
