About the role

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day marketing activities, working closely with our Sales and Product teams to drive awareness, engagement and business growth.

This is a broad, hands-on role in a lean, fast-moving business. You’ll have the opportunity to influence marketing direction while being directly responsible for delivering the work.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Marketing strategy and execution: Develop and deliver practical marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
• Lead generation: Create and optimise campaigns that generate qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
• Digital marketing: Manage our website content, SEO, email marketing, digital campaigns and marketing automation.
• Content creation: Develop compelling content, case studies, customer communications, sales collateral and thought leadership.
• Brand and communications: Build Legal Ready’s brand presence and communicate our value proposition to the legal sector.
• Product marketing: Support product launches, customer adoption campaigns and promotion of our AI-enabled capabilities.
• Events and industry engagement: Coordinate webinars, conferences, partnerships and relevant industry activities.
• Marketing analytics: Track campaign performance, measure ROI and continuously improve results.
• AI-enabled marketing: Leverage AI tools to improve marketing effectiveness, creativity and productivity.

About you

You’re an experienced marketing generalist who combines creative thinking with strong commercial instincts and practical execution skills.

You’re comfortable taking ownership, working independently and managing competing priorities without needing a large marketing team around you.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Demonstrated experience in a broad, hands-on marketing role, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or professional services.
• A track record of planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, lead generation, content creation and campaign management.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to explain complex products clearly.
• Experience using CRM, marketing automation and analytics tools, ideally HubSpot.
• An understanding of how marketing contributes to customer acquisition, sales pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong organisational skills, initiative and accountability for results.
• An interest in AI and how emerging technologies can improve marketing outcomes.

Experience marketing to law firms, government legal teams or other professional services organisations would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
