This position is responsible for supporting digital growth strategy, online brand presence, website management, digital advertising initiatives, creative design, and marketing technology efforts. This role combines digital marketing strategy, creative development, analytics, and brand execution to strengthen organizational visibility, recruiting efforts, referral growth, and customer engagement across all service lines.
In this role, you will oversees website support and optimization, SEO initiatives, digital advertising campaigns, online reputation management, graphic design, and digital content development.
Responsibilities
•Create/manage website content updates, homepage banners, landing pages, announcements, ane ongoing website support while ensuring content remains current, visually engaging, user-friendly, and aligned with branding and priorities
•Lead SEO strategy development, website optimization, and ongoing monitoring to improve online visibility, search rankings, digital engagement, and website performance metrics
•Manage company Google Business profiles, online directory listings, online reviews, and reputation management initiatives to strengthen the organization’s digital presence and visibility
•Design and create graphics, layouts, brochures, advertisements, presentations, flyers, branded collateral, and digital marketing materials, including support for social media graphics as needed
•Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, recruiting campaigns, and business development initiatives
•Support recruiting marketing and sales initiatives through Indeed and other digital recruitment, advertising, and lead generation platforms
•Coordinate audience targeting, campaign segmentation, KPI tracking, budgeting, analytics, and campaign performance reporting
•Assist with blog development, website articles, thought leadership content, SEO-focused writing, and digital content initiatives
•Assist with video editing, multimedia content creation, motion graphics, and digital communication support
Qualifications
✓ Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
✓ 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, graphic design, or related field
✓ Experience with website content management systems, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms
✓ Proven track record of leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, including campaigns supporting new product launches and ongoing marketing efforts
✓ Strong graphic design, branding, and layout experience
✓ Knowledge of paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other media advertising
✓ Knowledge and experience with CRM and content management systems, PPC advertising tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Campaign Manager)
✓ Understanding of AI tools, digital marketing technology, and emerging industry trends
Salary: $70,000-$80,000
