Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for a Social Media Marketing Manager who can design and execute strategies that keep audiences engaged and conversations meaningful. This role is ideal for someone who knows that social media is not just about posting content but about creating communities, listening to feedback, and building trust. You will be managing campaigns across different platforms, ensuring consistency of messaging while tailoring communication to each channel’s audience. The position demands creativity balanced with data-driven thinking—understanding when a quirky post works and when a professional tone is needed. Collaboration will be central, as you’ll coordinate with design, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life. This is a remote or hybrid role, giving you flexibility while keeping you connected with the team for planning and execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and discussions.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain brand consistency.
• Manage paid campaigns to increase reach and visibility.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities to stay relevant.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management review.
Primary Skills:
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
• Ability to create strategies tailored for different platforms.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and copywriting skills.
• Creativity combined with an analytical mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Certification in digital or social media marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience:
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
